Records Of First Information Reports To Be Maintained
(1) The
investigating authority, in making petition to the court for a remand
to hold the arrested person in detention pursuant to sub-section (3) of
Section 14, shall submit one copy of the first information report or
information, which was made or given to the police office or the
investigating authority, to the adjudicating authority through the
government attorney.
(2) The adjudicating authority shall maintain separate
records of the report or information referred to in sub-section (1).
